Taba tea gardens are located in the Guria region of western Georgia, specifically in the Ozurgeti district’s unique Gomismta microclimatic zone. This area is distinguished by its subtropical climate, which, combined with the moisture from the nearby Black Sea and the high acidity of the soil, creates the perfect conditions for cultivating high-quality tea.
These natural elements, along with our careful approach to farming, have enabled us to produce some of the finest Georgian tea available today.

Our plantation is almost a century old, a testament to the long-standing tea-growing tradition in our family. We use 100% natural farming methods to ensure the purity and quality of the tea we grow. There are no chemicals or artificial additives—just the rich, fertile land and the ideal climate working together to bring out the best in every tea leaf.
At Taba, we take pride in our hands-on approach to tea production. We use only hand-picked Unaze tea pods as raw material, ensuring that each leaf meets our high standards of quality. This method is labor-intensive but crucial for producing tea with the finest taste and aroma.
The combination of natural farming, century-old tea gardens, and ideal growing conditions in Guria allows us to create tea that is truly special.
Our products are crafted with care and attention, reflecting the rich history and tradition of Georgian tea culture while offering a premium experience for tea lovers around the world.
